The Allman Betts Family Revival Tour will return for a tenth year this fall. The Allman Betts Band once again will anchor the event and welcome a stellar cast of fellow musicians, including: Robert Randolph, Sierra Hull, Judith Hill, Andy Frasco, Luther Dickinson, Jimmy Hall, Steel Beans, Larry McCray, Cody Dickinson, Alex Orbison and Abby Stahlschmidt.
This year's tour is being dubbed A Decade of Revival with a nod to the Allman Brothers Band album A Decade of Hits 1969–1979. Opening night is on November 28 at the Stifel Theatre in St. Louis and the artists will travel from coast to coast, eventually landing in San Francisco for two nights at the Fillmore on December 19 and 20.
Devon Allman says of the Family Revival Tour, “I can’t believe it’s been 10 years of our beautiful gathering of friends to celebrate our dads’ songbook. Being the faithful custodians to this historic body of work is not lost on Duane and I. It is our high honor. We couldn’t possibly hold it any closer to our hearts.
