Toy Factory Project Will Play New Year’s Eve at the Fox

10:00 AM EDT on August 25, 2026

Toy Factory Project have confirmed their first-ever New Year’s Eve show. The all-star ensemble, which was formed to celebrate the legacy of Marshall Tucker Band co-founder Toy Caldwell, will ring in 2027 with a show at Atlanta’s historic Fox Theatre on December 31. Tickets go on sale this Friday, August 28, with a fan exclusive beginning tomorrow, August 26, and a Fox Theatre presale set for August 27.

Anchored by founding Marshall Tucker Band drummer Paul T. Riddle, the group also features guitarist/singer Marcus King, bassist/singer Oteil Burbridge (Dead & Company, The Allman Brothers Band), guitarist singer Charlie Starr (Blackberry Smoke) and organist/piano player Josh Shilling (Mountain Heart, Wynonna Judd). For their upcoming shows, the band will be joined by fiddler/mandolinist Sam Bush and percussionist Jimmy Rector (Oteil & Friends, Anthill Cinema).

“I’m counting down the days until I can see everyone and we get to play at the Fox,” Paul T. Riddle said in a statement. “It’s one of my favorite places to play!”

The long-gestating group made their live debut at Telluride Bluegrass in 2025, with Bush sitting in for a few songs, and have played select shows this year, beginning with a two-night stand at Port Chester, NY’s Capitol Theatre this past February.
